Brian joined his Wife Debbie Floor in business as a full time agent in 2004.  Brian became a multi-million dollar producer, won the MLS Gold production award and simultaneously earned three designations, e-PRO, GRI and ABR his first year as a full time agent.  All three designations are recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® and show Brian's dedication to the real estate industry and his desire to provide the highest level of professional services to his clients.

 

In 2005 Brian & Debbie joined Cressy & Everett Real Estate recognizing Cressy & Everett to be the industry leaders in Southwest Lower Michigan and Northwest Indiana .  Brian & Debbie both earned Cressy & Everett’s Executive Club production award and MLS Silver and Gold production awards for 2005.

 

In 2006 Brian became the Top Producer in the Niles office for Cressy & Everett, was voted in by his peers as District 2 Director for Southwest Michigan, became the Chairman for the REIS Technology Committee and won the Platinum Production Award.  Brian repeated his Top Producer status in the Niles office in 2007 and won the highest production award from the Southwestern Michigan Association of Relators, the Diamond Award.  Brian and Debbie achieved the highest volume of closed sales of any Realtor in their market area.
